Breakfast Club Runners (BCR), established 2010 — a free, no-registration Saturday-morning run and walk that meets at 7:30 AM at a different eastern Lehigh Valley trail or park each week, posted early each week on bcrlv.com and Facebook. Noncompetitive and all-abilities: about 25–40 runners and walkers turn out, and nobody gets left behind.
