The Lehigh Valley's anchor running club — a 501(c)(3) RRCA chapter based at its clubhouse in Allentown's Lehigh Parkway. Its currently-posted group runs are Making Strides, a women's speed workout (Tuesdays 5:45 PM, March–October, from the clubhouse), and a Wednesday 5:15 AM speed workout at the Muhlenberg College track; all paces and levels are welcome, especially beginners, with more runs announced through the club's Facebook group.
