Coach Al Cumming's free group runs five days a week around Austin: early-morning "Jerie's Kids" distance runs from The Rock on Monday and Thursday, the "Mansion Run" in Northwest Hills, Tuesday track at O. Henry Middle School, and a Saturday long run from Brent Grulke Plaza. All paces from about 7 to 12 minutes per mile.
