Milford's 501(c)(3) running club since 1974, bringing runners of all abilities together. Three weekly group runs from downtown Milford: Monday 6:00 PM from the Platt Tech lot (3–5 relaxed miles, the beginners' best bet), Wednesday 6:00 PM from behind the courthouse on West River Street (3–8 mi at 8–10 min/mi), and Saturday 8:30 AM from the library on New Haven Avenue (3–8 mi, depending on what people are training for). Dues are a few dollars a year; the club hosts the Winter Wonderland 5 Mile and the Independence Day 5K.
