The run club out of Mill City Running in Northeast Minneapolis — a Tuesday-evening run and a Friday-morning run from the store, all free, all paces (sub-7 to 13+ min/mi), 100 to 300 runners a night. Also hosts a monthly BIPOC Community Run and an every-other-week assisted long run (seasonal start time). Post-run coffee.
