A community-driven Coconut Grove club that welcomes all paces, with three weekly runs: a 3-mile Wednesday-evening social run from Regatta Park, a Friday-morning speed workout (~1 hour) at Alice Wainwright Park, and a 6+ mile Sunday long run from Fuller St at an 8:00–10:00 min/mi pace.
