The free run/walk club from Swag's Sport Shoes, South Louisville's family-run running store, built around Iroquois Park: a Tuesday 6:30 AM "Wake Up Run" from Sunergos Coffee on Woodlawn Avenue with 3- and 5-mile routes, a Thursday 6:30 AM no-drop trail run from the Iroquois Amphitheater lot, and a Sunday 7:00 AM run/walk from the amphitheater with 3-mile or 6+-mile options. The club's Saturday long run starts across the river at Big Four Station in Jeffersonville (listed separately).
